Damaged Goods

You should inspect your pot(s) immediately upon receipt. If the work arrives in a damaged condition this must be reported immediately and no later than 2 days after receipt. We will then liaise with you to return the damaged items and arrange a refund. If you do not contact us within the specified time stated above then we will not be liable for any loss or damage.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Clearwater Ceramics are delighted that you have chosen to buy a piece of Sean’s ceramic work. However, if for any reason you are not happy and wish to return your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee to all our customers. Please contact me by email within two weeks of your orders arrival at Please switch on JavaScript to see our email address.  The refund will be made when the work has been returned undamaged.

Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.

Delivery of Cycladic Forms

Shipping these forms by courier required me to make a bespoke wooden travel case which supports the pot and the base, which, being solid wood, is both heavy and necessary to add stability to the item when displayed. This will take up to a week from order date. The cost of shipping by courier for Cycladic forms reflects the cost of this bespoke packaging.

International Shipping

For all international addresses, items will be sent by courier. Please note that for orders sent outside of the UK, you are responsible for payment of any local import taxes and duties.

We cannot be held liable for any delays caused in delivery by local customs. If you are unsure as to whether what you are purchasing will have any duties to be paid, contact your local customs office.
